do you accept? is an absurd performance of obedience; an exaggerated narrative-driven website guiding the user through hundreds of text and click-based rituals that parallel reluctant acceptance of cookies, tracking, monitoring, and terms and conditions. The work is hosted on a singular website that contains multiple pathways for the user to follow, taking them down endless routes asking/begging for their consent for their data to be processed and collected.
Contrary to the theme of the work, no user data is collected or retained before, during, or after their experience on the website.
